本申請系統將於 **2026 年 8 月 15 日（星期六）00:00（臺灣時間，GMT+8）**正式開放。
The application system will officially open at 00:00 (Taiwan Time, GMT+8) on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
2. 適用對象 / Eligibility
本系統僅供申請國立中興大學外國學位生使用，不適用於海外交換生（PAX Students）及中國大陸、香港、澳門地區學生。
This system is exclusively for international students applying for a full-time degree at NCHU. It is NOT applicable to PAX students (exchange students) or students from Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau.
