This application system is for international students that want to study full-time and earn a degree of NCHU only. It is NOT applicable to PAX students (exchange students), NOR to students from Mainland, Macau and Hong Kong. Please read the user's guide before using this system. For the definition of international students, please refer to the link.

  1. For the beginners: Register first!
    You need to register an email account to access the application system.Please click "Register" to proceed. Please be noted that each applicant may register ONE account ONLY, and the only language we use for the online application system is ENGLISH. Applicants with multiple accounts will be considered as disqualified from application.
  2. Due to Personal Information Protection Act (Category : Ministry of Justice), we don't provide your password. If you can not remember it, please write an e-mail to oia@nchu.edu.tw with the subject title as "Application System Password Forgotten", your account will be canceled and please register again. "
  3. Should you run into any difficulty when using the system, please use "PrtScn" or "PrtScr" key on your keyboard, include the image to your email message with your question, and send it to oia@nchu.edu.tw. If you are not familiar with "PrtScn" or "PrtScr" function, please look up "Print Screen" in your search engine for reference.
